Shipping
Handling time is 2 business days. Frequently we ship items the same day. Our preferred method is USPS Media Mail for all books, USPS First Class for small packages, USPS Retail Ground on larger packages, and sometimes by UPS Ground. We strive to choose the best and least expensive route to get your item there when you need it. Delivery times by the carrier will vary due to holidays. Once the purchased item leaves our hands we have no control over the carrier. We provide tracking numbers on just about everything. We are closed on all major holidays and do not ship on those days.
Returns
Information regarding returns is always specific to the item listed for sale. If an item is to be returned, it must be within 30 days, unused, and in the same package. If the item purchased has been damaged in transit, contact us, and a possible replacement may be made. If we have made an error in shipping, we will resolve the issue at no cost to the buyer. In the event of a return, shipping is not refunded (initial or return).
